The Terry Point Motel is conveniently located in the semi-rural Village of Richfield, which is 21 miles South of Cleveland and 21 miles North of Akron and is under New Owner/Management. We are a Family Owned and Operated facility that takes pride in the cleanliness of our rooms. We offer Temporary housing that is Clean, Comfortable and Affordable. We have fully furnished rooms available starting at $135 per week and can accommodate those needing unfurnished rooms also. Most rooms have been totally remodeled with some having kitchenettes and air conditioning. Different room options therefore different prices. There are coin laundry facilities onsite and many restaurants within walking distance. Please call or email for room availability and pricing because we do not take reservations.
